What was the root behind creating this web site?
Owning another small company for numerous years in the construction engineering field, we are familiar with the costs of trying to find good help. Having paid large amounts on other sites, that offer great features, yielded us no candidates most of the time. In these times, that really puts a dent in the wallet! Our assessment was that there were just too many job web sites with job seekers spread thin and asking themselves “Where should I actually be looking for a job?”. As an employer we knew the right candidate was out there, but just not on the site we had the job post. Then we were stuck asking ourselves “With our limited budget what is the one site we should pay to post our job opening on?”. With that the idea to create Employinit.com, a completely FREE site, was born.
What are some things that set you apart from other similar web sites?
First and foremost when we say FREE, we actually mean it. At no time will you be charged for the services on our site. Fresh job posts is extremely important when trying to search for a job. Trying to search through a site that has job posts that are out of date is a waste of time. All employers posting their jobs will have an option to renew the posting, for FREE, after 90 days. If not renewed, the job posting will sit idle on their “my account” page until renewed. Reminder e-mails are automatically sent in case you are not aware that it will expire. Besides being dedicated to “fresh content” and security of all users on our site we have added some new aspects that are proving extremely useful for both employers and job seekers. Read below:

On the home page we have set up a RSS Feed option to connect Employers and Job Seekers quickly and easily. Job Seekers choose a category, then jobs begin to post directly to the homepage they choose as jobs are listed on our web site.
Why all of this?
A passion for creating a site that will always have the users in mind. Other job boards focus on the newest and flashiest web sites that honestly have no relevance to job searching. Ease of use, security and simple controls was our goal when designing this site. As you can see I think we were able to accomplish that quite well.
How do you advertise the site?
We also concentrate on social media sites to attract job seekers as we noted in the previous question. Mainly we are relying on people like you to spread the word and make this the biggest and best site to connect employers with job seekers.
