Job Description

The main purpose of the role will be promotion of zero harm through fostering the development and utilization of appropriate work practices and procedures.- In addition the role will foster an appropriate HSE culture and stimulate line ownership of HSE ensuring HSE risks are managed according to Petroleum HSE Management Systems.- Key Dimensions- Optimisation of Capital Expenditure as it relates to HSE- Optimisation of Operating Expenditure as it relates to HSE- Maximising Total Asset Value- Optimising Annual Production- Delivery of Annual Petroleum & PU KPIs- Number of Direct reports (Employees - staff & contract) - 0- Member of Client's global Safety Network; HSE Advisors Petroleum Network; Relevant projects Key RequirementsThe ideal candidate will:- UK PU HSE Induction completion H2S awareness, breathing Apparatus training.- Code of Conduct review, ICAM training.- Petroleum HSE Management System awareness - Fair treatment Process- Fatal Risk Control Protocol Awareness - Hand protection - FPE Basic User training.- Safe Systems of Work / PTW / MoC systems awareness - STOP process awareness. Occupational Hygiene Monitoring (Site HSE Analyst only) - SOC process awarenessCandidate should ideally have the following:- Engineering or Science Degree- To stand alone Qualifications (combination of) HSE management- Risk management courses- Audit certification- HSE Management Courses
