Job Description

Manage landscape installations of high quality in an efficient manner
Communicate and coordinate with Designer and Manager effectively
Train and promote the development of crew members in the best practices according to company and industry standards
Monitor and maintain truck, equipment, and tools (report any maintenance needs)
Track and record job hours, materials and project notes
Enforce company policies and procedures
Foresee and resolve problems
Other duties, as required (including snow removal)

Job Requirements

3+ years experience in a crew leader position
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus)
Health Card (or ability to obtain)
Ability to pass drug screening
Knowledge and experience in both hardscape and softscape installation practices
Proficient heavy equipment operating skills
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Time management skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task
Punctual and dependable
