Job Description

As an intergral member of a team you will support the business for the procurement and management of marine operations coupled with supporting maritime assurance and advice across the whole Upstream Iinterntional Europe business in its project, seismic, Survey, hydrocarbon transportation & marine terminal.
Execute specialist maritime operations advice on board vessels and at facilities.
Specialised service advice in operations such as rig moves, towing and anchor handling operations.
Manage and update specific marine operational guidelines, procedures and their respective training programmes.
Looking after the contracts associated with the following marine units and services:
o Rescue and recovery vessels.
o Anchor handling vessels
o Flotels
o Mooring equipment
o Rig move and marine services manpower.
Represent the company on various marine committees and associations
Take part in the emergency Duty rota for Logistics.

Job Requirements

You will possess significant Exploration and Production Marine experience. Ideally be qualified with a Class 1 Master Mariner unlimited certificate. A Dynamic Position unlimited certificate would also be advantageous.
Communicate at all levels within the organization and listen, absorb and coach others within our European marine team will be key attributes to the position. In addition the ability to work unaided and deliver clear accurate proposals, strategy documents and reports
Demonstrate strong and effective HSE leadership
