Job Description
The requirement is for an Electrical/Mechanical maintenance tech with the emphasis on Electrical.
•They work a continental shift pattern of two weeks days and two weeks nights which gives 84 hours over each two week cycle.
•They need someone who can check relays and fuses and ensure that all electrical equipment is operational and safe.
•They should also be familiar with pneumatics and hydraulics and have some exposure to machine ship equipment such as welding equipment and lathes.
•Basic computer knowledge would be useful as would a trade license, but that is not essential if the person has the right experience.
•There will be overtime and a flexible attitude to working overtime is essential.
