We are recruiting for an experienced MYSQL Database Administrator to join their highly talented, energetic programming team.

We are growing our development team and are looking for people that have a passion for their work and can demonstrate ability in the following areas:

MySQL 5.1 & 5.5
Some Linux Command Line Experience
Bulk Import and Upload of Data
Thorough Understanding of Replication

Additionally you must be well versed in the following areas:

Writing Stored Procedures & Functions
Debugging Poor Performing SQL
SVN (or other source control product)

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

We want a DBA that is capable of performing the following in the course of their work:

Create efficient and maintainable code that is well documented
Follow design specifications, and in many cases help come up with the design
Be creative in the approach to complex business problems
Work well with a team of other developers on projects
React to site issues is a timely manner
Ensure systems are maintained and aim for 100% uptime
