Job Description
Seeking a Project Manager w/Various SDLC and 3-5 years solid experience with high level understanding of software/applications development and eCommerce working in an environment consisting of multiple Server Side and Client-Side eCommerce projects.
- Requires experience in best practices plus successful proven history in managing multiple software development project plans, gathering functional and technical requirements for multiple end-to-end integration projects, preparing and providing updates on multiple projects during weekly project review meetings, creating and maintaining technical requirements documentation, workflows, tracking multiple project schedules, milestones, deliveries, status reports, facilitating weekly meetings, creating status reports for multiple project to present at weekly meetings, tracking technical project plans, coordinating software development, testing and defeat tracking, assisting team in troubleshooting technical issues, tracking milestones, timelines, deliverable and providing release management.
ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather functional and technical requirements for multiple end-to-end eCommerce integration projects and facilitate weekly meetings with stakeholders and clients to provide updates on multiple projects.
- Provide project management and various SDLC’s for multiple server side and client side eCommerce projects consisting of technical project teams consisting of architects, designers, developers and testers.
- Draft and maintain Technical Requirements documentation to document solutions-based processes and workflows for multiple projects.
- Support development and manage projects through out all phases of multiple eCommerce software development and implementation projects.
- Track all aspects of projects and related costs/cost controls, defects/bugs plus assist team members in troubleshooting and resolving defects and bugs.

- Requires experience in best practices, successful proven history in managing multiple project plans, gathering functional and technical requirements for multiple end-to-end integration projects, preparing and providing updates on multiple projects for weekly project review meetings.
- Requires experience in creating and maintaining technical requirements documentation to document solutions-based processes and workflows, tracking multiple project schedules, milestones, deliveries, status reports, project costs/cost control, facilitating weekly meetings, creating status reports for multiple projects to present at weekly meetings, tracking technical project plans, coordinating software development, testing and defeat tracking, assisting team in troubleshooting technical issues, tracking milestones and timelines, tracking costs, tracking deliverables and providing release management.
- Successfully managing multiple eCommerce projects in a technical project team environment consisting of architects, designers, developers, programmers, testing experts.
- Requires a solutions-oriented project manager with effective verbal and written communications skills, social skills and soft skills combined with effective time management skills and organization skills while successfully meeting timelines and deliverable for multiple projects in a fast pace environment.
- EDUCATION: 4 years BS Degree or related 4 years degree or may consider an Associates Degree with equivalent experience in Project Management.
- CERTIFICATION: PMP Certification or ability to achieve PMP Certification after hired as a full time salaried employee.
