Job Description

Proactively lead the activities of project control personnel at various locations.
Responsible for planning, organising, supervising and producing all project reporting requirements including Weekly, Monthly schedules and reports as required.
Track and analyse all cost trends to established project budgets and develop project cost forecasts.
Ensure cost forecast are within project budget expectations and keep management aware of potential budget issues as soon as possible.

Develop and maintain a cost code system separate from the accounting system to be applied on all projects.
Maintain a staff of qualified project control personnel, in sufficient numbers, to place on projects during all phases of the project
Participate in all project reviews of Level 3 and 4 projects.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree or equivalent, Bachelors Degree Hons or equivalent, HND or equivalent
