Job Description

To motivate & support established agents throughout the territory to develop sales.

Assist development of key accounts & seek out new opportunities within the strategic plan.

Visit major contractors & end users in the Oil & Gas industries to negotiate orders & contracts.

Prepare Technical & Commercial offers.

Interpret relevant specifications, select equipment & ensure product suitability.

Prepare periodic reports to the Sales Director, defining & prioritising selling strategies which will lead to business growth.

Job Requirements

Suitably qualified Engineering Sales Manager with experience of selling at home & overseas, preferably with knowledge of integrally geared centrifugal machinery & auxiliary components.

Aptitude & ability in following & developing leads, interpreting requirements often with detailed & exacting specifications, through to presenting bids & negotiating contracts. Preferably (not essential) time served in the oil-free & centrifugal compressors businesses
